tell me something

Why has this company gone from 30 dollars to .50 in 4 yrs.I mean i know 2008 was a bad yr for everyone but most bounced back .Not mb.it went down futher.I took a look at the fiancials and basically i see a company struggling in the toy market with poor sales .the last big jump was the microsoft  spinnoff of halo toys.Where are theygoing here.I like the volume everyday and want to invest but im just not convinced this is a good play.Anyone see something i dont .thanks

Well there are lots of reasons why MB got hit harder than everyone else. 1.They had been in legal disputes with Lego during the crash 2. They had also seen a major recall, the biggest being an issue with their magnets falling out and children being able to swallow them This was 2 big hits during the biggest economic crisis of my generation. scared investors, cost lots in legal fees and ...more

left something out....their earnings per share has been around the 3 dollar mark for the past 3 quarters since the restructuring. Not to say that means dividends. Thanks for the info moneysflow.I appreciate your dd on this one and explaining to my wife all the things ive told her  already.Im very happy also to see that they are putting their own money in after the restructure and protection.One thing i have noticed though is when at their peak of 500m  they were at around the 25 to 30 dollar a share.There seems to be a imbalance here.I do expect ...more

Don't mention it, this ones been fun to follow. I think the owners putting in 20 million was what attracted me to this one to begin with. Says they aren't backing down and they know they can rebuild what they've got. The sales strategy has been very aggressive and I am also confident in their ability to exceed their goals. I think the big investors are waiting for some proof ...more
