Ok why are we talking reverse splits here?

Did i miss something in the report? There is no talk of this anywhere so im assuming its just a curiousity issue correct?

The board approved either a 10:1 or 20:1 RS  back in june which could happen anytime....the deadline is june 2011

That's right...no mention of it this quarter..it's older news.Splts are purely an accounting issue....with the upside of Institutional investors being able to buy. For example, with a 1:20 reverse split, a .50 stock would equate to $10. There is no reason why a .50 stock that goes to $2 cannot equate to a $10 stock going to $40.From a financial statements and accounting point of view, the ...more

LOL...if you think a $10 stock with 37M shares is going to $40 thats all you need to know then....back the truck up and load up your shares.....i know what 10 dollar stocks with 37M shares does

Thanks for the info but im out.Ive never in my investing experience had any returns on a reverse split.The perception is a reverse split does make larger investment institutions, look at the company with a more stable investment without the big s/p swings.9 out 10 times  usually its not a good investment for shareholdersand takes a long time if ever to reach previous highs.As they say at ...more
