When will MB report its q4 2010 results ?

last year was at Mar 31, the year before was april 6.

Keep in mind that the 244M warrants exercisable at .50 each until March 15, 2015 will bring in $122M into the company, which in turn must be used to pay down their debt.   Their debt is approx. the same amt.  Therefore, after the dilution occurs, assuming it occurs, the company will have about 570M shares outstanding and pretty  much no long term debt.  If the dilution event ...more

Well said regarding the capital structure; but I think the risk is not quite that high. Assuming a break even q1 2011, and give q4 2010 the same number as q3, MB's margin for 12 months to q1 2011 would be about 15% before interest and tax; which to me, is highly likely. As you already said, interest will be 0 in the future once the shares replace the debt; and regarding the ...more

After following this stock for the last 3 years, I just started loading up on MB stocks and warrants and telling others to do so. After I have seen their new line of products coming up (some type of build up collectible cars for all ages + the existing line of products) I have a lot of faith for the future of this stock. Am I off or should I continue to load up. What is the potential for this ...more

The Future will depend on the the Bertrand brothers...I see they are making an effort...but i have heard some not so great things about them...little too much on the golf course & spending lots of Daddy's $$$My fingers are crossed & GLTA
