Well said regarding the capital structure; but I think the risk is not quite that high. Assuming a break even q1 2011, and give q4 2010 the same number as q3, MB's margin for 12 months to q1 2011 would be about 15% before interest and tax; which to me, is highly likely. As you already said, interest will be 0 in the future once the shares replace the debt; and regarding the

After following this stock for the last 3 years, I just started loading up on MB stocks and warrants and telling others to do so. After I have seen their new line of products coming up (some type of build up collectible cars for all ages + the existing line of products) I have a lot of faith for the future of this stock. Am I off or should I continue to load up. What is the potential for this

The Future will depend on the the Bertrand brothers...I see they are making an effort...but i have heard some not so great things about them...little too much on the golf course & spending lots of Daddy's $$$My fingers are crossed & GLTA
