1. Two different customers, same brokerage2. Same customer, same brokerage, moving shares from one account to another (ie. TFSA to RRSP).3. Brokerage selling shares they hold in their house account to a customer or vice versa.

Thanks for the scenarios, I still don't understand if there is a point to it or not.At a glance, it doesn't seem to be bearish or bullish behaviour..Your thoughts?

2 customers from the same trading company traded shares, so both customers pay for the trading and the trading company pay for one trading  that how they make extra money.   I,  myself is with Desjardins and that how they operate and therefore a client for the same trading company will have priority to buy or sell at the same price eventhough you are not the first buyer or ...more
