it is 20 X 17 cents = $3.40 + 9.95 to convert to common, in other words you have to pay $13.35 to convert your 20 warrants to one common share @ todays price. Does not matter which ones you buy due to the fact they are most likely worth $60 to $80 per share.

2nd thought:I would not purchase the Warrants at this time, the Warrants are a secondary product so they should follow behind the share price. As of today the warrants are .195 cents x 20 = $3.90 and the cost to convert are $9.95 (MB) and app (.05 for the cost to bank/institute for processing , this depends on volume converted) so its $3.90 + $9.95 + .05 = $13.90 but share price is only $10.15 and ...more

Thanks for your comments. I bought 10,000 warrants at 0.18 cents thinking I had the deal of the day only to learn that it takes 20 warrants to buy a single common share. Quickly put them back up for sale and got filled at 0.18 cents so my only cost was $20 for the in out trade. A day after I sold them someone bought several million warrants up to 0.195 cents. don't buy warrants only if you think the stock is going to be below 15 by 2015. after that, the yield on warrants are much larger. ex, assume the stock hits 20 and you either bought warrants at 17 cents or stocks at 10 bucks, you will either triple ur money on warrants and doulbe ur money on stocks. and if you wait until 15 to buy warrants at 25 cents. then your gain at 20 would be same ...more

Wow, lots of intitutions trying to get their Puts sold. So much crap about the worth of a company based on Vector Vest :S. Heres my bet, toys this season will be flying off the shelves come christmas time and MB will take full advantage and these shorters here will lose all their money.
