This has been an ongoing battle between MB and Lego for the past 15+ years. MB has always won every trademark and patent case brought forth. Lego's patents expired a long time ago ant its trademarks have been ruled against over and over again.  This is just part of business.

I think Mega Brands has really eaten into Lego's market share with all the Halo, Need for Speed and now World of Warcraft Just be thankful MB does not have the kind of products like Spinmaster. It shows how getting the right products to market matters.

it really shows how low has LEGO gone. Instead of competing on product quality and innovation, it wants to rely on dirty tricks. on the other hand, it shows MB is really stepping up its game and LEGO is now once again concerned. Perhaps the new starcraft battleship and wow sets finally gave them a wake up call

I'm more concerned about the stock price than Lego. It hasn't stopped going down since it collapsed. I'll be happy to see some numbers, good or bad.

I agree ... I'm interested in seeing the numbers as well. The last Q was "unimpressive" and frankly not what I was expecting. The biggest issue to me was the increase in resin cost. The companies explanation indicated the higher resin cost was due to a higher CAN $. For me ... that explanation didn't sit well as the CAN $ had been floating around that mark for some time.
