And only 7 more trading days til PM....

...have to make their decision to keep their % of Medicago. If they do maintain their current % it might signal that at some point they will buy Medicago out. And if that is their intention I would think they might do it sooner rather than later. If the phase I results are as good as the preclinical results the share price will jump up nicely...and the 3 current partnerships will move ahead...soon to be followed by 5 more...all of which will further advance the share price.

So isn't it to PM's advantage to make a buy-out offer sooner rather than later? Any thoughts?

Something to think about....Maybe MDG approached PMI about a $10mm financing and they said no or tried to stall them. MDG then went out and forced the issue by doing one anyway. Another point to consider is that the value of this Company, even at $3.00 a share is chump change to PMI. Its not their primary business and one of dozens they have investments or research funds in.
