PMI option and timing.............

I have not followed closely enough to gain a better understanding of this situation. Where can I find a company published note on this? I reviewed their last financial NR but, could not spot it if it was there.
Can anyone point me to to it or explain it and the deadline they have to make a decision ? TIA

Maybe we get a couple of news releases this week? I wonder if they have inked any new deals that could get announced ahead of phase 1 results. Or maybe they will combine the PMI with an update which could include new deals? Or they may wait til next week to announce an update of agreements together with the phase 1. Or maybe they spread out the news to keep momentum going?Who  knows?  ...more

Thanks. Monday or Tuesday. Is it the consensus that if PMI take up the option, it's positive reading for good results on 21st or, a negative reading if they don't?
