They are being converted into units as per NR on the web site.

from yesterday As at the close of business today, Medicago Inc.'s subscription receipts will be converted into common shares and common share purchase warrants of the company and delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Has nothing to do with MDG common shares. The subscription receipts are delisted for conversion to common shares/warrants as stated in yesterdays nr
