Rather than keep checking, I just called the Company and the lady who answered the phone
indicated the new will be on Tues.

Yes I am guessing that it is the signing of an agreement. Often the details are confidential so I am guessing that they need to obtain the approval of wording with who ever it is. Of course if they are dealing with an entity on the other side of the world they would be talking over night.But not much doubt that it is going to be a significant news release. I doubt it has anything to do with phase ...more
