Some big players getting rewarded prior to something significant is my guess - Would seem VERY odd to halt stock this long for an offering, if no reason other than to try to raise working capital - that would be a very weird scenario and a substantial slap in face to retail - you have to believe they are far brighter than that.

Read the one below re DARPA...my guess is that they have to raise $X to get the DARPA loan.The Offering wording re"overnight" is unique.Expect more news on Tues...

Some big wigs got together on the weekend at some shindig and rubbed elbows with Andy and his team.  An "overnight" offering of units seems to put an interesting spin on things, they wanted in quick.... mmmm goose bumps.Let's see how the market reacts.....
