There is no doubt Rome is BURNING!  Paper money is all based on confidence and we have so much leverage in the system, the floor boards are creaking and cracking.

Rome may indeed crumble ... HOWEVER, it will not crumble on this bogus raising the debt ceiling issue!   This drama has been done many times before, it's just all about vested interest playing hard ball and a game of chicken.

HeII, Bush raised the debt ceiling arbitrarily many times during his term in office.

THEY WILL MAKE A DEAL! 

None of these players are willing to wear the consequences of a default! 

They all want to look like the good guys!

As a trader/ investor, do not buy into the fear!
Wait for a deal, and play the bounce  :-)
