.65 in two tranches. After the closing of the 1st tranche of the PrivatePlacement, PM Investments holds an interest representing 35.5% of theoutstanding common shares of the Corporation. After the closing of the secondtranche of the Private Placement, it is expected that PM Invetments will holdapproximately 40% of the then outstanding common shares of the Corporation.So 34,550,000 common shares….from 30% holdings to 40%holding  for PMI.


The math is  roughly 345,500,000 shares…notfully diluted.This is an insane number for a junior.$2.00 would give us a cap (around) of one billion dollars.

    I certainly can see what some are saying about a possible roll back of shares. From the front of the MDG information form it says we have 212,000,302 shares outstanding and now with the PP an additional 34,550,000 shares which if my math is correct is 246,550,302 outstanding shares come middle of Dec. If PMI holds a 40% interest then they control 98,620,120 shares. Thats a
