PMI increased its holding of Medicago with 34,550,000 new shares from 30.2% to 40%, An increase of 25% for them but an increase of 10% based on the total shares (non diluted) of Medicago
If 10% = 34,550,000 shares

From Q2 finls:o Aug 12, 2011 - 173,416,202 shareso Sept 27, 2011 - 38,462,900 issued at 65 centso Oct 27, 2011 - 17,350,000 issued at 65 centso Dec 2011 - another 17,350,000 proposed at 65 centsPrior to Oct 27, Phillip Morris owned 30.2 % and went to 35.5% on Oct 27.Total shares issued = 229,229,102 after Oct 27 Math doesnt work re the change in % ownership,so it must incl warrants etc

No, you don't have it quite right. The latest PP is for 34,550,000 shares split into two but not equally. 17,350,000 now and 17,200,000 in December.
