So, at this moment, my screen shows exactly 1.5 million shares on the ask at 0.045. Exactly 1.5 million. All the sellers add up to 1.5 million in a coincidence or one seller offering 1.5 million shares? Which is more likely?

Exactly 200,000 shares on the bid. Very interesting. As others have said, I agree the price won't move much, if at all, until after the PP closes. Long investors might want to notify their brokers not to lend out their shares to the short sellers.
