Info on Compensation in case of a take over
From the last Information Circular:
In case of a take over (change of control) and a termination of employment, the management will get this:
Mr. Roy: $1 000 000 plus $112 000 = $1 112 000
Mr. Morin: $1 000 000 plus $112 000 = $1 112 000
Mr. Perry ( a consultant) $480 000 = $67 000 = $547 000
Mr. Imbeault: $750 000
Total package = $3 521 000

most companies have similar deals. often it's a 3 year salary plus bonus. if a takeover/buyout happens this will most likely be re-negotiated downward.

Yes, ....I have seen takeovers with a 10% premium over the last 30 days average share prices .... and management smiled all the way to the bank....

I talk about what has happend... real. I admire your tenacity to always interpret anything to do with mgmt in a negative way. you say maybe....... well, maybe not. nobody knows. I have a different opinion. a million is nothing, should the price of gold take off and MTO turn. even you could make a million. FWIW
