...amazing how so called exciting time for the company with a new shallow  discovery and drll results ... potential open pit and no accumulation of stock by management !!!

This is my biggest concern with management ...not even owning 1% of this company ...

when I see what management is making ...and share price at 3 cents ...and they will not spend one cent to buy on the open market and show support by saying they believe in this company ...then how the heck am I or any other shareholders here expected to believe anything that comes out of managements mouths...and then have them ask for our support re election and rolling stock options...really !!! while share price drops and dilution of the company expands every day... maybe if management was paid in shares they would be able to relate to their shareholder base ...

I will wait to hear what comes out of the meeting before I sell or buy anymore ... drill results will be a big part of what happens here next as well ...and watching to see if managemet ever buys any shares would certainly help...we should know soon !

Well said Bob. What I find interesting is the fact that all kinds of PRs before the PP to get support of dilution and now after it is done they aren't talking. No drill results, no hype on huge strike. Nothing. It was all a mirage set up to get us to buy the few remaining shares of last PP and have us ready for the next. I hope your wrong about this part above that I highlighted ...and lets hope the next batch of results are as good and shallow as the others ...expanding new resource would be whats needed ...and like geodan said adding maps and drill direction to the NR's with more transparancy is a good start ...and maybe take the time to update or remove the Corporate Presentation ...annoying to say the

 i understand your  situation  but if mto has news to submit  in the near term management arent allowed to buy or sell shares as it would be privileged info , lets hope thats the case here as they keep drilling the south zone , they must have some news by now.

I bought 20000 shares a month or so ago holding my nose, going against my rule not to invest in company with nontransparent management. I sold them today for loss. I don't blame this management for that. They are doing what the rules or their conscience (or deficit of it) are allowing them to do. But I do thank them for the learning experience which reinforces the wisdom that you will know

Here's a little more fuel to the fire. If for some reason they can not purchase shares due to restriction of inside info then they are also precluded from getting awarded any options. Who wants to check up on them for that? Osc would love to know if they claimed they were restricted but issued options to mgmt and directors.
