Probably not a dam'n thing....there are only so many directors, but what it does show is what percentage voted for them....even if they only get 10% of the vote "For" it will show them the shareholders don't have confidence in them. To run independent directors, you have to nominate someone by a certain date, as per company bylaws, and follow procedures .... they make it dam'

Finally I voted against all the names that were there. We need new blood, people who will take the interests of shareholders rather than their own interests. Hope this changes anything.
