MTO

Number one thing is to deal with Sandstorm ...they put up 20 million we delivered...and now its time to come up with something that assures MTO will be around and profitable for years to come...SSL knows Barry could put us over the top ...and I am betting they want a bigger part of our future...if we are making money then they are going to want to be part of it...but it needs to workf or both parties...IMHO

MTO has the choice now. it's the art of the deal. Sandstorm knows it, but they also do not want to fold and give in, since this will affect SSL's shareprice and criticism from SSL shareholders. easy does it.... give it time. there will be a compromise.

Economically, to abandon BL and rely on Barry will not work:- There are capital costs required to make Barry productive (eg concentrator).  Trucking with low oil prices is a bonus but cannot be relied upon. If MTO can achieve 8gt from the on site Moroy resource & Hewfram, then that is 6gt after SSL's stream.  6gt is better than Barry is ever likely to produce. The ...more

1) Could prolonged low production numbers out of Bachelor be intentional? I don't think so. MTO has been struggling with cashflow issues for some time now. Doesn't make since slicing your own throat just to punish Sandstorm. 2) Why turn up the spigot, with better grades, which will benifit Sandstorm greatly and and may inhibit renegotiations? Again cashflow issues ...more
