Suggestion for the MTO's management

Why not give the work to prepare the press release to the Chief Geologist. These would have greater consistency.

moroy keeps proving up nice grades and dumping continues at .085 , something doesnt add up . manipulation to keep share price down for eventual takeover . jmo

I would tend to agree with you. The US issue is trading 10x normal volume and it is capped at .07. I like Sprott but issues that he gets involved seem more prone to shenanigans that others. PS..interesting to see SGTreport interviews causing big moves in stock issues. I was impressed by the MX Gold interview but the stock is up 25% today.

The only thing consistent with MTO is on positive news heavy anonymous to anonymous trading keeping the sp low.

I used to like MM's ...Oh wait that was the candy version... not the stock market version ...lol Anonymous too Anonymous all day long ... So Pdcon you think we are being held down WHY ? 1 - Barry resource estimate to be re defined with higher grade shallow ore ? 2 - Hewfran higher grade ore has been mining now since mid Mar with grades going up ? 3 - Cause people on the board were saying ...more

So Pdcon you think we are being held down WHY ? 1 - Barry resource estimate to be re defined with higher grade shallow ore ? Answer: Yes, Barry resources will be redifined with an increase ounces, however the higher grade shallow ore in not significantly higher, SO the question really is how many new ounces get added to the Barry deposit. 2 - Hewfran higher grade ore has been mining now since ...more

how can you say moroy is uneconomical with grades as high as 9 gram right beside the mill , ramping  or open pit mining is cheap .  its only 1/4 drilled so far with a lot of nice grades  with 2.5 million shares trading and gold is hot . time will tell here
Comment by fruitvale3067 on Jun 13, 2016 11:10pm
Pdcon, i think you better re-read my post. i never said Moroy was uneconomical. I said the surface has some nice grades, however the deeper you go it appears the grades fall off and thin out. Again not a home run by any stretch of the imagination, but not bad either. I think the jury is still out on the economics. If it's the same type of rock as Bachelor/Hewfran then the current mill ...more

moroy they could ramp it up and conveyer it to the mill the last drill results were numerous and dont forget the initial drill results  from surface to 600 m . grades are great from 2 to 9 grams of gold on average makes a good open pit as long as there isnt too much overburden and depending on structure . detour grades are a lot lower but they have volume . barry is another story mto ...more

You keep claiming the bottom is in and next stop is 15 cents. The market doesn't agree.   MTO only had 6 hits from Moroy at surface.  Yes the grades were good but that doesn't make an open pit mine.  They would need to define the deposit by drilling hundreds of intercepts from surface. When gold moves higher it will pull MTO up with it.  But as others have pointed ...more

That was a very good summary.  Thanks Fruitvale.

Part of the credit goes to Pdcon and bob. They bring up the topics and all I do is fill in the blanks with what they leave out. I just wish they would take a good look at the big picture instead of drinking the cool aid all the time. I know we're all in this to make a profit, but eventually the company needs to produce. The good news is between all the discussions and some of the news releases ...more

fruitvale  you say you sold 50% of your mto shares just incase some big drilling news or a take over . Anybody invested here is probably here for the same reason . and dont want to be left out when the inevitable happens . Other reasons why you invest in mto are  mto is undervalued and share price is held down by cheap paper , and as the price of gold increases so should mto share price. ...more

Pdcon, one topic that hasn't been discussed is the gold in reserve. I looked at the last quarterly report and noticed 2 items associated with this gold. First was a cost to produce and the second was something like current value. So the question is did MTO subtract the cost to produce numbers in the last report or will it be accounted for when the gold is sold. If the former then they have a ...more

not sure how they paid for rescent drilling  could it be cheap warrants  and why were stuck at .085 cents today . seems they dont want to use the gold they have on hand , is it their rainy day fund .
Comment by fruitvale3067 on Jun 15, 2016 10:52am
Plain and simple, they are gambling the price of gold goes higher because they need the revenue badly. Plus it makes the numbers (all in costs) look better. Because of the financials I don't believe they can hold it very long. I would guess they are selling the spikes.

major dump at 8 cents figure that one out on a good gold day

Sprott, Team Europe? Not happy with drill results from Moroy.

Sarcasm, although we haven't heard from Team Europe in a couple days.

You know there's always manipulation with gold and silver and the shares...that's a given, even if the MSM and the mainstream PM media don't want to go there. PMs are the banksters' kryptonite and threat to their "legal" counterfeiting business. On the other hand, these results (and those of April) were not exactly what I nor the market, IMO, was looking for. I was ...more

I have to disagree here. There is selling pressure occuring across the board today, not just to MTO.  THe weekly charts of fridays close on GDX, HUI and XAU indicate a possible short term top. The intercepts at moroy are mostly narrow and low grade for the depth.  So far they are uneconomic. Hopefully they will be able to follow up with some better results as they gain an ...more
