Only real way for...
...for .MTO too ever really becomes profitable is.Barry ...with no stream ...and with open pit and a mill and tons exploration potential..It`s all about.bottom line plain and simple ...and gold prices sets up nice with about 5 million Capex for Barry ...no need for concentrator or big ticket items to start ...expand with profitable mining and use tax losses carried forward once profits are made...re invest ...slow and steady but profitabe this will win this race for MTO...if nothing else it will add value for any potential buyout... by increasing share price...use Hewfran Bachelor gold now to re enter and develope Barry ...put Moroy on back burner until Barry is done and producing ore... this will give MTO time to work with SSL on renegotiating that stream one of the biggest proplems now is shortage of miners with xperience in Quebec mining is booming and so are wages of miners...also tons of property around Bachelor that can be bought and mined without a stream after Barry is up and running...Open Pit is the key...
The main cost advantage of open-pit mining is that the miners can use larger and more powerful shovels and trucks. The equipment is not restricted by the size of the opening it must work in. This allows faster production, and the lower cost also permits lower grades of ore to be mined...most costs can be contracted from trucking too operators and equipment... no reason to lay out money for expesive equipment to start budget and buy as you grow...
The last Q numbers ...and next Q numbers...plus year end with PEA ...and updated 43-101 should really drive the price of this stock... and if not then the takeover should be announced especially if gold is trending over $ 1700 Cad,,,or higer ...imho...
Good luck
Bob

Bob, please keep posting positive thoughts as I am ready to walk. Wondering why shareholders here lowball the value of the Barry resource when the Malartic sold for almost 4 billion and requires more lawyers than miners due to the class action.

Takeover ?? I would think that it would have to go to a vote of shareholders as Sprott is #1 and management does not seem to hold very many shares

Bob, if SSL wouldn't renegotiate the stream when MTO was struggling, then why would they do it when they are starting to get heathy? ,especially if the "mining on several fronts" becomes a reality. It just doesn't make any sense.

Fruitvale, there have been a lot of assumptions that don't make sense but none of that matters when you have made your mind up about what is going to happen.
