Better Options this year for MTO...
Hi Lite ...if the company averages around 5.5 grams per ton and mills 234,000 tons per year 96 % recovery rate they will produce around 40,000 ounces ....that works out to an average of 641 tons a day approx...over the year...
Now Barry they are sayying will be 2.61 grams per ton with a 95% recovery rate over the first 3 years...strip ratio of 2.17 to 1...
Question becomes with softer ore how much capacity at the mil ...and if you add a concentrator down the road ...how much could they produce ... I think the real question is will they be around after the drilling and updated 43-101...or taken out by a bigger producer...
Without getting too far ahead of ourselfs the big Question is where is the price of gold going...and I think most here believe up ...and what about SSL ...still lots of questions to be answered ...but for now the 2 big ones are open pit mine life and high grade Moss ...so as long as gold is up there is big money up for grabs in E/V ounces in the ground...
Hey Lite one thing is for sure there is a lot more options this year than we had last year...and all for 8 cents Canadian...good luck...
Later
Bob

Pdcon, there have been some really interesting statements made by posters on this board. This one now moves to #2 on the list right behind #1 that compared MTO to Apple. What really makes this funny is they aren't even going to get to the 40,000 ounces this year.

Fruitvale, you are correct but you are wasting your time. It doesn't matter how the facts are presented - as pdcon said you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him drink. Time will tell.

Mstetler, I didn't even know how to address pdcons statement, but thanks "Ridiculous" pretty much covers it.
