it would bother me if it's unique to MTO and indicates grave concern by management. On the other hand your quote seems to be a usual statement of caution for legal purposes.  Others might know more.

I don't think management is concerned. Their buddies can always do a PP. In fact, if I am correct and they have been shorting this stock recently, they will need PP shares to cover that ...more

Caledonia, CALVF, had no qualifier. Teranga had no qualifier Gran Columbia had a qualifier, as it had $19.4 million capital deficit. However, they have enough cash flow, not to mention profits to make it meaningless at this time.  So, I again ask, no one cares? When I was a broker that statement by the auditors was as important to us as the profit/loss statement. But, hey, don't listen to ...more
