1000% premium
Has anybody ever heard of a company being taken over at a 1000% premium?
30% is more typical.

they have not said "60 cents tomorrow". they have said "will be bought for 60 cents". I too struggle with the number but, their record speaks for itself. patience mstettler- i have responded to you privately regarding the IVN call, which (for the record) I was told by ilove about at $1.2 (or so)

Hello topoftheridge - I received your message, thank you. Unfortunately a private message from jumpem to you is not at all the same thing as the 'very public recommendation' he keeps stating on this forum.

I agree it does happen, my biggest hit was 24 times it's origonal stock price. But that stock only had 21,000,000 shares. I'm curious were you the one who compared MTO to apple?

Pass whatever it is you are smoking. The aquisition was a 44% premium over the previous closing price at the time. https://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/78093/breakwater-resources-agrees-to-663m-all-cash-takeover-by-nyrstar-15465.html
