Kraken you are isolated then. Many peope in Canada, especially from generations past use the term 'bloody' as in 'you had bloody well do it, or 'make bloody sure' that happens when admonshing someone and expecting them to follow your instructions. This is going to be more prominent in people 50+ yrs. So I would say Lvtjmpn is sixty years old or more and lives in Ontario. He might be in the U.S. now but his roots are in Canada. I have been in the U.S. thousands of times, all over the place, and have not heard anyone use that term--it is totally English in origin and a hold over from British roots. IMO
