Metanor Enterprise Value

y charts is giving me enterprise value of 272.06 M for Aug. 21, 2017. >> I used Market Capitalization + Total Debt - Cash = Enterprise Value which doesn't make sense because the more debt you have would make your enterprise value higher which is non-sense.

Thanks for that, I was using shareholders debt instead of company debt which I can't find in the financials. Interest was $383,307 for three months so it is a substantial amount.

Seams about 100m high for a take over price under the current conditions.

Unless gold goes up significantly, the operations part of the business appears to be more of a burden than anything else, although gives a paycheque to the employees. But it has cost shareholders $69,737,426 thus far in losses. Then there is other debt, I can't locate the number. Interest on this long-term debt Interest on long-term debt was $1,482,794 2016 year end. Cash looks impressive but ...more
