MDF IS TRADED QUITE A BIT BY USA INVESTORS

Yes, obviously the sharp decline in the share price is OVERBLOWNED.  There is definitely some selling pressure from shareholders south of Canada's border.

It is irrational to have encountered the recent spike near CAN $3.65 and suddenly a $1 + crashdown today on the announcement of predictable impairment charges and related PERISCOPE.  On the revenue trend, the stock doesn't deserve such a beating.

An american outfit will most likely take the company private.

The fear in that case of course is at what valuation?

Looking at the financials of this company and a U.S.A. buyer down the line, obviously not less than CAN $5.
