BioCorp Deal 500,000 units

Biocorp Clinical Lab, Inc. is located in Whittier, CA, United States and is part of the Medical & Diagnostic Laboratories Industry. Biocorp Clinical Lab, Inc. has 20 total employees across all of its locations and generates $1.94 million in sales (USD).

Is there someting fishy about this deal?  I hope I have the wrong company but BioCorp as 9 locations and they are going to buy 500,000 units 50,000 units per week for 10 weeks.  They are going to test 793 patients per location per day???   So it generates $1.94 million in sales but it is going to buy approx. $10 to 20 million in test kits???  Can someone help me on this?

BioCorp Clinical Laboratory is a private company, so we don't know their plan and also can't they partner with other Laboratory in the area to offer testing.

Not defending or promoting these guys b/c I think this is a sh!te show. However, right now this test is designated as a "point of care" test. Needs to be done at a doctor's office. This is a relatively easy test to do and read. If they can get FDA approval as a home test they could just be sent out/sold anywhere.
