this 22.5 million shares at .20 include closed first tranche of the private placement by issuing 7,755,500 units at a price of 20 cents. So they are offerning about 15 million more shares at .20

I don't know who or what to believe. The News release 4 days ago in part said and I quote:" "Private Placement QuestCap is also pleased to announce it has increased the size of its previously announced private placement financing from $2 million to $2.5 million.
