so I gather from the submission that after the 22.5million shares are issued, the new total of shares is 137 million?

Thanks Sarb99. But i did have a valid point that the news release had the wrong price. They  Should proof read their news releases so that they won't confuse shareholders. Let's  hope they put the money that they raise to good use and create value.
