When you say National Bank, do you refer to National bank itself or individual investors who are using National Bank as a broker? Same thing for Anonymous. Do you think it is one person or many different people witb unknown brokers? I think it is many different people not National Bank itself so I don't see the meaning of this :/

Sorry, I was talking about individual investors from National bank brokerage buying or selling 1-50 shares per trade worth .25 cents. I was just trying to figure out the logic. I know Anonymous can be anyone or many different investors buying or selling Anonymously.

True that a 50 shares trade on a 20 cents stock is pretty weird ;). Hope they don't have to pay a commission on that.
