Theoretically making money

My biggest concern is when Quest cap gets its name change SP might lower with low volume at the beginning. This happened when they change Stock Exchange is too. If you're long like I am shouldn't really matter

It should not be a problem as when QuestCap change the name and ticker symbol. Anyone wants to buy can do so with no issue or problem. Anyone wants to sell old QuestCap shares needs to take extra step, calling broker to sell. As it takes 2-3 days to change everything. So, selling maybe a problem for few days not buying.

Never been part of this, do our shares automatically switch or do we have to sell and rebuy the new ticker stock?
Comment by Suggardaddy68 on Dec 21, 2020 6:56pm
auto switch and the new ticker and share count will show in your account , there's nothing required on your end but it'll take a few days to show correctly
Comment by Patienceiskee on Dec 21, 2020 7:07pm
absolutely I know how it works. But there will be a slow down in volume for the first two or three days.
