Medivolve needed an investor relation and funds to expand.

Stan Bharti is a shrewd businessman and the biggest investor before this private placement in QuestCap. I don't think Forbes and Manhattan could not raise another $5 million if needed. They won't let QuestCap issue 20 million shares to Cannacord without a good deal.

Canaccord can bring a lot of investors for the revenue, Medivolve is supposed to be generating with 100 to 700 testing sites.  I think QuestCap management tried everything they couldn't manage Anonymous. These Anonymous held QSC share price down. The logic we were thinking was they knew, QuestCap is going to need funding at some point. QuestCap management issued all these updates, but the share price never moved. So no way they can raise money at higher prices. That is the reason we kept saying hire an investor relation.

I think management did better. Canaccord can bring investors to the table, and they also paid for those shares. QuestCap raised needed funds to expand quickly. As per private placement price, QSC was trading .25 to .28 cents before Cannacoerd started buying.

I hate, private placements but the fact is they needed to do something. Otherwise, even with 35 testing sites, the QSC share price should have been much higher.

Uhm if you believe Sarb that this wasn't pushed down by say o I dunno Cannacord ahem then that theory may hold water. Anywho it'll get to a buck even though it could have already been close without manipulation. As I stated I bought today and averaged UP & I never average up! Hate that ! I was already big time in the $

And you still don't get it... If it was pushed down by Canaccord, that's the past. Now that they have put their own money into it they're going to pump it. Whining about them getting a good price and how they did it doesn't equate with a low price in the future. It's not a zero sum game.

And scare off all the potential investors. As I've said I'll hold but this will stop us going SONA.
Comment by CerealKiller on Jan 04, 2021 9:14pm
Oh Christ - we were never going SONA and we were very likely going to be held back without this deal.   You're impossible to reason with. Thank God, Doug Sommerville doesn't need to reason with you.

Whatever Cerealkiller. I'm very reasonable. You o the other hand seem to have tunnel vision. This could have been a financing with a way better investor. Cannacord will ruin it. An absolute fail.

I think Doug Somerville is the person who needs to be reasoned with. Cannacord? At half the share price? What was he thinking?!!!!!

Sarb,  The selling that has held the share price down was not the buying on the deal. That I can assureyou. The selling is a short his name is Moez Kassam. And he pays all of the fine people bashing tonight to do so. This is fact. I have been lucky enough to squeeze Moez a few times. You are about to witness a classic kick to the balls Short squeeze. 10-15 million shares of buying ...more

I'm aware of Moez Kassamon aphria, isol & others but please show me your evidence of that or it's just more bs.
