Medv owns 45 % , how do the rules regarding the release of information work. They really don't have to release anything I would imagine.

Yup I get that, I don't know if that would be allowed in an publicly traded company. Never been involved in a company that was over 50 % privately held. If medv pisses them off they can go quiet real fast.
