I hope that the management has realized that it was their mouth that has destroyed this company, through FALSE PROMISES and by giving away shares like candy to companies with little to no public information, without much due diligence and, not being transparent with shareholders, often backstabbing them.    Look at all the bad investments they made and were written off. 

I know that it will probably change under David Preiner, but look at the fiasco caused by Doug Sommerville.

The worst mistake the company even made was to have put him in a charge.  

I do not know why they still keep him as a director on their website, since his name is associated with this fiasco and, it just reminds shareholders not to trust the company because he is still on the payroll.

His face was shown as a director on the most recent presentation where they speak of $ 60 million revenue.  He is a lying cockroche that has to go.    I feel like vomiting every time I see his photo associated with MEDV, I relive the nightmares of his lies and deceit and betrayals.   The amount of backstabbing done to shareholders will last a lifetime.  I would

Theyve removed him from the website and the presentation. I sincerely hope David has what it takes to get things going again. But im close to throwing in the towel here
