Medv has made all of its payments for the blowfish technology and are up to date. 

Once Blowfish obtains EUA approval, final payment will be made for their 40% share.

In June 2021 presentation by David there is a whole section on the blowfish technology.

They are in stage 2 of clincial trials, clincal 1 was a success. On June 3rd, 2021, David spoke intensively of Blowfish technology on page 17 and 18 and, he states that balance of $ 1 million is due when they hit several milestones, one of them is getting EUA approval.  That has not happened yet.   The current percentage is 14% for MEDV to go up to 40% upon approval.
