would prefer shares than interest so he could sell the shares on the market & get something back, .. if he doesn't expect to ever see the interest payments,,  company going broke??/   or company ready to blast off??, way too many games being played with this company, regardless of which way it ends up.jmo

So let me address your first allegation of wanting to sell shares to get paid back. Do you expect me to believe that Camebridge that was owed $ 7 million (original loan $ 12 million of which $ 5 million is repaid)  would have traded in their secure loan with lien coverage all assets, for unsecured shares trading now at 4.5 cents.
