VERIFIABLE is open to interpretation.  My take is the lawyer did not put out data that can be interpreted as August sales are 3x July sales.  Deep, your take is that lawyer factually put out data that plugs the unknown August and September patient counts.  So we differ on our read.  I put out sales for Q3 as 12 million.  You put out ... 32 million Q3 as I re-call.  Someone is a chump here.  We get to find out who.  I hope it is me as my goal is not to put anyone down, rather, my goal is to present an alternate take on Q3 revenue.

Now lets calculate it your way: Revenue of $ 1,000,000 per week * 12 weeks:                +/- $ 12,000,000  (That comes to 952 patients per day * 150 * 90 days) Now add the extra patients per the lawyer: - lets assume he was only speaking of the 2 testing units   in California that are under investigations where lawyer   ...more
