Almost 10M shs traded today so far

What gives! It's only 1:30 and almost 10million shares have traded. No news that I can find. Anybody know? Hopefully good news for all us longs?!

one trade at Peters 9,400,000+ - to another Peter's account at .21-  otherwise volume normal.
