There are rigs based in Norman Wells ready and waiting to go to work....only 100Km or less from the MGX drill site which is located just off the winter road.

So getting a rig and even negotiating a decent contract is possible, but the damn regulatory boards are very slow; however, anticipating they will release the permit hopefully on or before the end of January...maybe this Friday or next Monday but who knows.

a big oil well can support us until they manage to get the MPV pipeline build by 2015-2017, if they can come to financial terms.  Does anyone have details about what MGM is going to drill?  depth, play type, potential production and reserves, if they hit a good well?  Are they neighboring wells with good production also?Is thsi well a 100% wildcat or are there other wells in the

I recieved this e-mail from MGM - things look to be on schedule.Thank you for your interest in MGM Energy.  As to your questions, we are still waiting on final Regulatory approval from the NEB on the well, which we expect in the next week or so.  All of the services, including the drilling rig, have been contracted and we are proceeding as if the final approval is obtained.  It is
