house 77 Peters is buying at 0.24

almost all of the buys today are by peters at 0.24 and they keep buying.
I guess someone over there likes the risk/reward at 0.24.
IF.D I have buy orders in also under 0.24 as I like S/T rewards with L/T rewards as a backup in oil drilling comes up dry.

again today just about all the buying is from Peter's - a client or Peters themslves who knows?
