Husky - if it is material...

Husky typically has it's 2013 AGM in April (at the end of the month - last year it was ~26th)...if it's material they'll make a statement at that time when all the analysts are in the same room or on the conference call.  Lotsa questions during the post AGM conference call.

If the Slater River wells are really material they'll pre-empt the AGM.

I do not agree. Husky is notorious for being conservative and keeping information close to the chest.

I agree with the notorious statement for the way they handled the NWT assets historically but there may be two reasons why it may change this time. Those two reasons are: 1) John Lau has left the building and his legacy is being replaced by Ashih Ghosh; Mr. Ghosh is a bit more transparent in his management of investor relations; and 2) The NWT land positions are fully subscribed so there is no ...more

there is an informal agreement between the northern exploration companies to share technical data and I think this will be the case once they start getting drilling results.  It's in everyone's interest to share data which should help reduce the risks for everyone. bottom-line, buy MGX on any news of exploration success from any of the players but DYODD
