My one big question is , what was Bill smoking when he wrote this !

What was Bill smoking?.. if this was anything close to a sure thing it wouldn't be trading at .25 cents.. Its more likely you will lose your money then get a 10 bagger, but it is possible you will hit a 10 bagger. That is what he is saying and he is quite right.   In fact I suspect you are already down 50% if not more..  Also of note the last project mgm financed and drilled

There is a lot of risk investing in microcap companies.  You can lose your entire investment.  However, Bill is invested too and his money has been risked like the rest of ours.  Only guarantees in life are death and taxes.
