In regard to earthquakes

Fracking may not have created an earthquake per se but there are technical articles referencing micro-seismic events as tools for monitoring fracing programs.

A lay-person may not see the difference as it can be picked up with seismic instruments. It really is a matter of intensity.

Seismic activity is due to waste water storage...nothing else.
