Northern activity is growing
everyone wants a piece of the northern O&G pie for sure and these big players are looking down the road 10-20 years when commodity prices are going to be much higher than today's prices and transporting these resources to southern markets will happen.
PMT is a junior in a big oil game, so the best that management can do is to sign the best darn JV deal they can get, be it with Shell, or Exxon whomever and that's how will make money,, it won't be by devleoping these O&G assets on their own.
I'm hoping we see some progress in this area in the next 3-4 months and that they do drill 2 wells during ther winter 14/15 with aJV partner.
If they sign a good JV deal I don't expect to see MGX at these low prices when it's down but that's just my opinion and what constitutes a good deal is another discussion.
I'm long and biased so DYODD
