MGM Energy Corp > POU MGX share exchange

POU MGX share exchange

if POU is going to offer MGX shareholders a share exchange they will have to use the price of 44.60 for POU since that's the price of POU when they disclosed a takeover.

so using the 44.60 POU price we get 223 shares per 1 POU share and given the fact that POU is now trading at 45.50 we MGX shareholders are making money already.

maybe if we're good littloe boys and girls POU will give us 1 POU share per 220 or if we're special good 200 per POU share.

but only if we're really good boys and girls

I'm thinking a price of 0.223 is a good offer given all that we know.

and if they can strike a JV deal while the takeover is working though then all the better.

at least we have a put option to sell out shares back to POU and if you never know what will happen now that MGX has a guarantee.

maybe this is enough to secure new partners, you never know.

oh well, we shall see if this new taekover bait is good for catching a new JV partner???

I'm long and biased so DYODD

Once again if you long and believe that MGX should be .23 then you cut you losses and buzz off like a good little boy or girl. Your reasoning is like you're on crack. Have you been hanging out with Rob?

I don't think that you really understand the situation very well, MGM is dead in mid 2015, and they will run out of cash and no longer can fund their day to day payrool.  therefore unless you want to be diluted like crazy and it makes no sesne to keep subsidizing a company that has no prospects for production for years down the road. it's better to merge it with a big strong growing ...more

Them saying they only have cash to fund to a certain period is new to you? Obviously you haven't been paying attention for the last 5 years. There's many stragegic things they can do to fund the company and raise shareholder's value. Asset sales, spinning off assets... etc. I rather have MGX goes bankrupt and have Mr. Riddell take it to his grave and I take the tax loss. Than take a ...more

maybe you don't understand the concept of searching  for JV partners which is in essence selling assets, no deals were made as of today. you can't sell stranded assets unless there are pipeline clauses or other transportation methods of which there are none at this time. maybe they get buy a bunch of helicopters and ship the oil by air??? you can take your shares to your grave but ...more

Relatively speaking  - not much volume traded today on this news. Just over 1.1million shares, and back down to fire-sale price of 15cts. Just the short-term cold-feet bailed out today. We'll get at least double or triple the current stock price with a POU share swap. I owned a few other companies POU bought out, and made back more than double the money in a very short time.

that's good to hear, BUT in their own press release it stated that a potential buy out would be equal to or less than market value. here's to hoping you are correct

This is a problem since both management and buyers are in the same bed. Who's looking out for the small guys?
