this forum has gone quiet just as things are starting to get interesting.

basically we have a sum of the parts scenario here.

what is the value of the sum of all of MGM's assets per share??

POU has valued the assets at a very low 0.20 per share, is there any company out there that will value them higher?

given the trading today, it's starting to look interesting but I'm just guessing here.

Shammi, I think we've lost some of the regulars.  Bypp had enough and pulled the pin - I can't blame him.   I'm still hanging on based on that "faint hope clause" of other strategic options.   I'm surprised and slightly encouraged by the recent volume - Peters & Co seem to be buyers.

not surprised to loose investors after very disappointing news and events which I do concur seem under handed on the surface but when looked at different seem to indicate POU is just trying to protect their investment and generate interest. Peters has been the main buyer today all the big trades at least. i will stick around until the end, but hopefully he NG assets are worth much more than zero

I've been here for 4+ years, sticking it out for a little longer. what about "OilEng"? where did you go, any insight?

I'm not sure where you feel .20 is the bottom price. pou stated it could be at OR BELOW the trading price of mgx. they also stated there are NO ASSURANCES a bid will be made by pou. people are taking the best parts of the nr and running with it. it is definitely a cheap option the canol play for whoever, if anyone, buys mgx. i'm holding on till the end play to see what happens but my cost
