I suspect that OilEng has moved on, his analysis was always amazing, but nobody could foresee Clayton's decision.  Shareholders never get the full picture, but rather than assume the worst (a decision based on his greed), I'm wondering if there's bad news ahead on the regulatory front? HSE has cancelled their fracking plans for this coming winter, COP as well. https://www
