I think with the refinance on the long term debt, saves them 1.5 million per quarter, and the .23 cent share right off it the first quarter is done, that they will show a 2-3 cents per share profit in the last quarter..and they will never look back!!

Hi! Can you please  give me the source where it is stated that they did refinance their long term debt? As far as I can see there are still 128mio of bonds due in 2016 on which I haven't heard a word how the plan to refinance this thing. Given the fact that the HoldCo's 56,7 mio loan pays 6,5%+ I highly doubt that they will be able to achieve 1,5%/3,5% on the refinancing ...more

Even at a .03 EPS 4th quarter I cannot seem to get close to your .48 SP estimate. What valuation model gets you there?
