here are the news
VANCOUVER, Oct. 26, 2015 /CNW/ - Alterra Power Corp. (TSX: AXY) announces that its Icelandic subsidiary, HS Orka hf., has signed a power purchase agreement with Thorsil ehf., which is planning to construct and operate a silicon metal plant in Helguvk, Iceland. Under the contract, HS Orka would supply up to 32 MW of the plant's power needs. The delivery of the power from HS Orka is subject to several conditions on behalf of both parties. - See more at: https://www.alterrapower.ca/news/Press-Release/News-Releases/News-Releases-Details/2015/Alterra-Power-Announces-Signing-of-Power-Purchase-Agreement-with-Icelandic-Manufacturer/default.aspx#sthash.XarP8xju.dpuf
The AXY press release was required by law just in case it might be material eventually. But it tells shareholders absolutely nothing. When? How much cash flow? How much? Up to 32MW could be 10 or 20 or 25 or anything. No wonder nobody commented.

Louis James' Commet: "Due to ongoing arbitration, this press release is lacking in details needed to value the deal. - All we can really say for now is that it’s good to see progress towards what should be a significant, lasting and positive arrangement for Alterra." - RJ
